Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Single Account Policy

4.4 Currency

All transactions on fj99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). fj99 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, if any, is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

4.5 Prohibited Sources

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts, credit facilities obtained for the purpose of gambling, or any funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from a Player's real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. fj99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, except where a different method is approved in writing by fj99 customer support. fj99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.3 Processing Times

fj99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the selected payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically received within 1–3 hours of fj99 approval. fj99 is not responsible for delays on the part of payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page after login. Players in the fj99 VIP programme may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits. fj99 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments over multiple business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available once per player and is not transferable. fj99 reserves the right to modify the welcome bonus offer without notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Certified Games

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, fj99 follows standard industry settlement rules — typically voiding the affected market and returning stakes to the Player's balance unless settlement criteria have already been met.

9.2 Consequences of Suspension

Upon suspension, access to the Player's account will be restricted. Any real-money balance held at the time of suspension (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a full investigation, at fj99's sole discretion. fj99 is under no obligation to return funds if suspension results from confirmed fraud or breach of these terms.

9.3 Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests must be resolved. fj99 will process a final withdrawal of the real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method before the account is permanently deactivated.

Intellectual Property
